Any Bocconi student, any programme, any year
If you study at Bocconi and care about sustainability, you can apply: Bachelor’s, Master’s, exchange or PhD. You don’t need to have done anything green before; you do need to want to make things happen with a small team.
You join one division for a full semester. That means one team, one manager, a handful of concrete deliverables, and a place in the whole association’s events and socials. At the end of the semester you can stay on, switch division, or step back, no questions asked.
- Applications open twice a year, in September and February, at the start of each semester. New members join a division for the full semester.
- Membership fee: €5 per semester, which pays for events and materials.
- Commitment: your division’s work plus at least two events per semester.

Pick a division
Read what each division does below and choose the one that fits how you like to work. You can name a second choice.

Fill in the application form
A short form: who you are, why you want to join, and what you would like to work on. It takes ten minutes.

Talk to the division manager
A relaxed 20-minute conversation, in person or online, about your interests and what the semester looks like. We’re looking for motivation, not a CV.

Come to the general meeting
New members meet everyone at the general meeting at the start of the semester. From there, your division takes over.

How much time does it take?
Plan for a couple of hours a week during term: your division’s work, a general meeting at the start of the semester, and at least two association events. Exam weeks are quiet by design.
I’m an exchange student. Can I join for one semester?
Yes. Membership is per semester, so one semester is the normal unit. Apply in the recruitment round at the start of your term.
Do I need to speak Italian?
No. The association works in English. Italian helps for some partner meetings and city events, but it is not required.
I missed the application window. What now?
Leave your email below and we’ll tell you when the next round opens. Open events are free for everyone in the meantime, and they are the best way to meet us.
Can I write for the blog without being a member?
The blog is written by members of the Blog division. If writing is what you want to do, apply to that division; you’ll publish under your own name.
